Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout, and a second notification once your order has shipped.

 


 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the continental United States.

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

 


 



Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email if available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 


 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us at office@countmethod.com within 7 days of delivery (or estimated delivery date).

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

 


 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for shipments delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.
